Roasted Peri Peri Chicken
Ingredients
Whole chicken leg | 1kg/4 nos |
Swiss Bear Peri Peri sauce | 150g |
Oil | 30g |
Sugar | 40g |
Salt | 10g |
Black pepper | 5g |
STEP 1
In a mixing bowl, combine Swiss Bear Peri Peri sauce, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
STEP 2
Add in chicken leg and mix until well coated.
STEP 3
Marinate for at least 5 hours or best overnight.
STEP 4
Reserve the marinade and roast the marinated chicken leg in a preheated oven at 185˚C for 20-30 mins until fully cook through.
STEP 5
In between time, brush some of the reserved marinade onto the chicken leg and continue to roast.
