Curry Cheese Baked Fried Rice
Ingredients
Cooked rice | 200g |
Garlic, finely chopped | 10g |
Egg | 1 nos |
Canned/frozen corn | 20g |
Salt and black pepper | |
Fried chicken | 1 nos |
Swiss Bear Japanese Curry Sauce | 40g |
Mozzarella cheese | 30g |
STEP 1
In a pan, add in beaten egg and scramble quickly until in small pieces. Transfer aside.
STEP 2
In the same pan, saute garlic with some oil until fragrant and add in rice. Flatten and loosen the rice using a spatula.
STEP 3
Add in scrambled egg, season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
STEP 4
Transfer fried rice into a bowl and top with a piece of fried chicken.
STEP 5
Drizzle Swiss Bear Japanese Curry Sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
STEP 6
Melt the cheese in an oven or use a torch.
