Cheesy Butter Chicken

Ingredients

Boneless chicken thigh 1kg/5pcs
Flour 500 grams
Margarine 80 grams
Chili padi, sliced 2 nos
Curry leaves 5 stalks
Evaporated Creamer 1 can
Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese Sauce 100 grams
Salt & Sugar To taste

STEP 1

Coat the chicken thigh with flour and deep fry until golden brown. Set aside.

STEP 2

Add margarine, chili padi and curry leaves into a pan over medium low heat. Sauté until fragrant.

STEP 3

Slowly pour in evaporated creamer while stirring.

STEP 4

Add in Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese Sauce and cook until the sauce thickens. Seasoning to taste.

STEP 5

Pour the sauce over the fried chicken chop and serve with rice or fries.
