Corn Cheese
Ingredients
Frozen/Canned corn | 1kg |
Butter/margarine | 1 tbsp |
Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese | 500 grams |
Milk | 150 grams |
Curry leaves | 5 stalks |
Salt & pepper | To taste |
Mozzarella cheese |
STEP 1
In a small pan, sauté corn with butter until fragrant.
STEP 2
Add in Swiss Bear Nacho Cheese, milk, and season with salt & pepper if necessary. Mix well and keep stirring until simmer.
STEP 3
Remove from heat and keep warm in a bain-marie.
STEP 4
When serve, scoop out 1 portion and stir in mozzarella cheese until melted if desire.
